Who runs the site

The site is run by Sravya, in a personal capacity and not for profit. The only contact is hello@patentequizb.com. It is not a business: there is no VAT number, no companies register (REA) entry and no certified email (PEC). If that changes, the details required by art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 will be given here.

The hosting provider will be named in this section at publication.

Independence

The site has no affiliation, agreement, sponsorship or endorsement from the Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti (MIT), the Motorizzazione Civile, the Portale dell'Automobilista or any other public body. Their names appear only to credit the source of a rule or a figure. The site name, logo and design use no public emblems or marks.

The site receives no payment from driving schools and, as of 16 September 2026, carries no advertising or affiliate links.

Disclaimer on the published information

Lessons, guides, quizzes and statistics are for information and study. They are not legal advice or administrative acts and create no rights against the bodies named.

Rules change. The site checks each rule against the text in force, but a recent amendment may not yet be reflected. For bookings, exam centres, fees, deadlines and the status of an application, the relevant Motorizzazione Civile office and the Portale dell'Automobilista are authoritative.

A good score on the mock exams shows preparation on original questions; it does not guarantee the result of the official exam, which uses different questions.

Province percentages describe the exam tests sat at each office in a year. They do not measure any one person's chance of passing. Method and limits are on the methodology page.

The operator is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the content, except where the law does not allow liability to be excluded.

Public data reused

Exam outcomes: Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, Centro Elaborazione Dati, document Esiti Esami 2025. The mit.gov.it legal notice makes the site's content available, unless stated otherwise, under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Italy licence, which requires the source to be credited. Counts are reported unchanged; percentages, regional totals and rankings are this site's calculations and must not be attributed to the ministry.

Province boundaries: ISTAT data, redistributed by openpolis/geojson-italy under CC BY 4.0. The shapes were simplified to draw the map. The data is provided without warranties, as the licence states.

Legal texts: the Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992) and its regulation (Presidential Decree 495/1992), read on Normattiva. Official acts of the State are excluded from copyright (art. 5, Law 633/1941).

Content rights

Questions and explanations, lessons, guides and graphics are original work of the site. Road sign figures reproduce models set by the regulation and remain free. The ministerial question bank is never consulted, copied or paraphrased. Reusing original content needs written agreement; for figures, see the cite us page.

Illustrative photographs are images generated with AI tools for this site and are captioned as such; they do not show real people or places. Typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served from the site's own domain.
