The site has a single contact address, given below, for corrections, reuse requests and privacy questions. There is no form and no telephone number.
How to report an error
Please include: the page address; the sentence, figure or question number in dispute; the source that says otherwise, for example the Highway Code article or the ministry table.
Each report is checked against the source. If the error is confirmed, the page is corrected and its update date changes.
What the site cannot do
It cannot book exams, look up applications, give results or say when a licence will be issued. Those requests go to the relevant Motorizzazione Civile office or to your driving school.
